Nancy holds a masters degree in transformational psychology and is a registered nurse, specializing in pediatrics and mental health. She has an extensive career working both independently and in hospital, church, and home health settings. 


She is a Life Coach, certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has completed their world-renowned Leadership program.  She especially enjoys developing programs and leading personal growth seminars and retreats.


She has created a beautiful Family Soul for her 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and a plethora of close nieces and nephews!

Robert studied International Relations and Mechanical Engineering at University of California San Diego. 


He has enjoyed a broad work experience in land surveying, firefighting, manufacturing, facilities management and municipal utilities planning. He has facilitated multinational teams in both project and program management. 


He has been active in intercultural organizations and has taught conversational English internationally. 

Formally trained in Leadership by the U.S. Navy and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Robert is passionate about empowering others to continually move towards their higher potential.

Chinatsu Yasuki

Chinatsu has completed the world-renowned Leadership Program by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has received coaching training by the same organization. 


She is very adventurous, having decided to come study in the U.S.A. at the age of 18 when she couldn't speak English. She studied visual arts at UC San Diego and worked as a translator and editor at a film editing company in Tokyo, Japan.

  

She also fulfilled a dream of hers by working in the entertainment department at Disney.

She has three young children and finds joy each day. 


She believes that everyone has a key to unlock their goodness and feels privileged to be a supporter for them.

Reza is an award winning Executive Coach and Facilitator with over 12 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). 


Reza was honored to receive the prestigious PRISM coaching award from International Coach Federation (ICF) nationally and internationally for co-creating a culture of coaching and development in a high-tech firm.


His background in Engineering combined with Coaching helps him understand the issues that technical leaders face; through coaching he helps create transformations in how they lead and communicate with others.

Cathy Chen-Rennie, CPCC, MA specializes in coaching tech leaders, enabling development of their own skills in leading teams. 


She came from leading engineering teams in large tech companies and startups launching product features as a manager and product manager. 


She has a masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Teacher's College at Columbia University.

Beth is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), a member of the International Coaching Federation, and has completed extensive leadership training through CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in the Co-Active model of coaching and facilitating. 


She is trained in (Conversational Intelligence) C-IQ and has a BMus in Vocal Performance and Theology. 


Her diverse, multi-cultured background includes partnering in multiple aspects of international, non-profit organizations and churches (teaching, fundraising, worship leadership & training, oversight of professional musicians, vision casting, detail management, etc.) small business ownership, event planning and leadership development. 


In her free time, she founded CounterPoint Arts, a faith-based leadership develop program for children through the use of the arts and music.


She is committed to bringing integrity, enthusiasm and belief into every relationship she has and every organization she has the privilege to work with.

Brian Salomaki worked 9 years at Google fighting fraud and improving connectivity and education technologies for emerging markets. 


He has guided teams from all over the world and taught leadership courses for engineers. 


Through the born-at-Google class Search Inside Yourself, he learned firsthand the power of mindfulness to improve emotional intelligence and leadership. 


He is a certified emotional intelligence assessor through the Six Seconds EQ Network and a teacher-in-training of Search Inside Yourself.
